Inspiration: White Floral Arches and Garden Elegance

In case you had not quite caught on to this…I am completely obsessed with weddings!  I spend far too much time online being wowed by elegant and lavish wedding designs.  (You know, when I should be doing other things like keeping up with blogging my own sessions. 😉 )

I just can’t help but seek out the right inspiration, and as I always enjoy inspiring my readers as well (after all, that’s what the Wedding Wish-List Wednesday series is all about) I thought I would start sharing some of my favorite finds every week.

My personal favorite is this garden elegance wedding featured on Grace Ormonde Wedding Style.  Grace Ormonde is my absolute favorite magazine for drool-worthy wedding inspiration.  And when I saw this, my jaw literally dropped.  I was stunned.  It is perfection.  It’s beyond simply garden elegance — this, my friends, is garden opulence.

But you don’t have to go over-the-top for that touch of garden elegance, either.  This simpler design is charming!

I’m a big fan of florals in virtually all their forms.  I loved this beautifully shaped and layered pink floral design.  (Photo by Figtree Productions)

And of course, you add bling and I’m sold!  This design (found on pinterest) bedazzles the floral design with subtly layered crystal curtains.

This cherry blossom heaven brings garden elegance right into the ceremony space.  Absolutely gorgeous!

These deep red roses are classic, and against a backdrop of gold, that’s a killer combo.

This year’s Pantone color was marsala, and I think this beautiful decor in marsala, blush, and gold found on MunaLuchi Bride really showcased the idea well!  Love the creative chair backs, and the shape of the centerpiece itself has a fantastic feel to it!  I love the twisting “trunk” covered in flowers.

Because we are getting into the wonderful fall wedding season, I had to share this gorgeous barnyard wedding.  Fantastic color palette, simple elegance all the way.

Of course, there are still plenty of places where you can have a beach wedding at any time of year!  I love this wedding arbor found on Colin Cowie Weddings which is made of flowers in various shades of pink — and to add a little whimsy, a curtain of “bubbles”!

One of my very favorite Instagram feeds is nigerianweddingdecor, and this beautiful arch covered in white florals definitely caught my eye!  Soft draping, huge vases of white flowers leading down the aisle to the ceremony space where the bride and groom will say their “I do’s.”  Amazing.

Because I like having a little fun with a wedding, I had to include this little decorative wreath placed on the getaway car — a classic car, which is a trend I really love in lieu of the usual limo!

We began with garden elegance, and we end with garden elegance with this gorgeous wedding design by Nisie’s Enchanted Florist.  Done at the beautiful Pelican Hill Resort.  (Which was a Wedding Wish-List Wednesday item!)

I hope this begins to inspire you as much it did me.
